Quality Assurance
- The Quality Assurance (QA) laboratory is housed in the
Plant & is spread over an area of 500 sq. feet.
- The QA laboratory has wet & dry analytical facilities
for the verification of Raw Materials, in-process materials
and finished goods.
- Various in-process checks ensure that the processes are
under control.
- The SQC (Statistical Quality Control),SPC (Stastical Process
Control ) program is an effective tool implemented to determine
our Process Capabilities (CpK values) as well as Control
Charting for the purpose of the Process Monitoring.
- Validation & calibration of all instruments are done
at set intervals.
